Parking at Royale Chulan Seremban is both a point of ease and concern among guests. Many find the parking ample with plenty of space for vehicles and the benefit of free parking for hotel guests. The convenience of parking and the adequacy of space are frequently highlighted, making it generally hassle-free for many visitors. The system of using Touch and Go, validated parking cards and the availability of a car park are appreciated additions.
However, there are some notable issues. Multiple reviews mention the parking area as dark, gloomy and even eerie, indicating that better lighting and maintenance are needed, especially in the basement. There are reports of inefficient parking systems where barriers do not open despite prior registration and some guests experienced complications with the validation process. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment leans towards positive due to the ample, free and convenient parking options. Improving lighting and the efficiency of the parking system would greatly enhance the guest experience.
