However, it should be noted that some guests reported pool safety issues with people swimming in clothes and no tablecloths available. There were also complaints about poor food and beverage service around the pool area, as well as dirty toilets. The noise from the poolside entertainment also disturbed some guests in rooms close to the pool. Nonetheless, the pool bar with all-day drinks and ice cream was a highlight for many and the indoor and outdoor pool area was quite lovely. However, the hotel can become very crowded and it can be difficult to find available beds near the pool due to staff not collecting towels promptly. The hotel has excellent facilities, but some guests mentioned that the children's playground requires maintenance and the cleaning staff did not always keep areas clean. The hotel also has multiple bars and great shows, including water polo and aerobics. Guests can order drinks and treats including ice cream at various bars throughout the property.
