Hotel Fazenda Vale da Cachoeira has multiple pools available for guests, adding to the variety of leisure options. However, several guests noted the absence or non-functionality of the children's pool, which was either under construction or not found at all. Some also mentioned that the pools, including the children's pool, were unheated, which might affect the comfort of those looking to take a relaxing swim in cooler weather. While the presence of multiple pools is a plus, the guest experience could benefit from improved clarity regarding the status and availability of the children's pool.
