Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Aparthotel Adagio Premium Casablanca City Center is a distinguished choice for travelers seeking a central and well-located accommodation in Casablanca. Positioned near key attractions, shops and upscale dining options, the hotel's optimal location ensures guests have convenient access to both business and leisure activities. The modern facilities and warm hospitality from the staff enhance the overall guest experience, highlighted frequently in reviews.
Guests have mixed reviews about the breakfast offerings. While many commend the variety, including authentic Moroccan items and the quality of the food, others feel that it is costly and repetitive. The dinner experience, particularly at the rooftop restaurant and bar, is praised for its excellent service, delicious food and pleasant ambiance, despite being somewhat expensive and having limited operating hours.
The rooms at the Aparthotel are a strong point with many guests appreciating their cleanliness, spaciousness and modern amenities, including well-equipped kitchens and private terraces. The comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere further contribute to a restful stay. However, there are occasional mentions of small room sizes and minor cleaning lapses.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is generally praised with many describing the property as well-maintained and hygienic. Nonetheless, there are a few reports of specific areas needing better upkeep. The staff receives consistent accolades for their friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness, significantly enhancing guests' stays.
The WiFi service is mostly reliable with satisfactory speed and coverage, though a few guests reported connectivity issues. The rooftop pool, while appreciated for its pleasant setting and views, faces criticism for its small size, occasional cleanliness issues and seasonal closures which can disappoint families and other guests.
Parking is a notable advantage of the hotel, offering a secure, spacious underground garage with direct elevator access to the hotel, adding to the convenience and peace of mind for guests. The beds are predominantly well-received for their comfort, contributing positively to the guest experience.
Overall, Aparthotel Adagio Premium Casablanca City Center provides a high-quality, four-star experience with modern and luxurious facilities that appeal to both business and leisure travelers. With commendable service, well-appointed accommodations and a central location, it stands out as a reputable choice in Casablanca.
