Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Orange Villa Hotel Near Palm Mall Seremban offers a budget-friendly accommodation experience that appeals to guests seeking affordability and convenience. Located close to Palm Mall, the hotel provides easy access to numerous dining options and nearby attractions, making it a suitable choice for travelers prioritizing location over luxury. Visitors appreciate certain aspects of the rooms, such as effective air conditioning and quality blankets and towels that rival higher-rated hotels. Despite feedback about small room sizes and occasional issues with amenities, many find the hotel a comfortable choice for budget-conscious stays.
However, the hotel faces challenges with cleanliness, as guests frequently report dust, mildew odors, and inconsistent housekeeping practices. Issues like unchanged bed sheets, dusty corners, sightings of cockroaches, and mold on the walls suggest a need for improved sanitary standards. While there have been instances of miscommunication with staff and discrepancies between advertised rooms and actual conditions, Orange Villa Hotel remains a viable option for travelers who prioritize cost and location. Overall, the hotel's proximity to Palm Mall and surrounding attractions offers an attractive advantage for potential guests willing to overlook certain cleanliness concerns.
