Three-Bedroom House We welcome you to relax in this large and light filled home which is in a truly unique and tranquil setting. The house offers spacious and separate living areas in which you can relax on comfortable sofas in the lounge and enjoy meals in the dining room, which also has great ocean views, and a less formal seating/eating area with a window seat. The well equipped kitchen has all the basic kitchen tools that you will need for your self-catering holiday. From the wide, open verandah you will enjoy uninterrupted and spectacular views of Boulders Beach which is in False Bay on the Indian Ocean.

Two-Bedroom Chalet A delightfully quaint and private two bedroom cottage in a garden setting. Separate bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan. Walk onto a wooden deck that leads onto a private terrace with outdoor seating, BBQ and wonderful views of Boulders Beach

One-Bedroom Chalet This unit was the original Coach House and has been converted into a one-bedroom unit. The loft style bedroom and bathroom which has a bath, hand shower, toilet and handbasin are on the upper level and are accessed via a steep and narrow staircase. On the private verandah guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of False Bay on the Indian Ocean while inside one can prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen and dine at a table and chairs. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV. Not suitable for the elderly/disabled/heavily pregnant woman.

Studio with Sea View The original stables which has been converted into an open-plan and self-catering cottage is perfectly suited for a couple or single person hoping to unwind on holiday. The space is bright and airy with the bedroom area on a slightly raised level which allows for wonderful views of the ocean from the bed. The bathroom is ensuite and the cottage boasts a private outdoor terrace in a semi private garden setting. Uninterrupted sea and garden views make this the ideal unit to destress in a quiet natural environment.
