It's also worth noting that guests have to pay a separate fee to enter the VANA spa, which can be quite pricey and booking in advance is recommended. Although there isn't a hot tub, most guests found the spa facilities to be fantastic. Some guests wished for more amenities like a bubble pool or a small sauna, but overall, the spa is a must-book experience. The hotel's fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff also impressed guests. However, some guests had issues with the faulty pool and the ineffective spa booking system. Despite that, the Wood Hotel by Elite's fine accommodations, including the beautiful rooms and excellent restaurant, make for a pleasant stay.
