It’s ideally placed for excursions to the Etna area with the resort’s beautifully maintained property blending modern comforts with the charm of a traditional village.
Guests highly regard the breakfast for its quality and variety, featuring fresh local products served in a glass pavilion with stunning views of Mount Etna. Despite minor criticisms regarding service and additional charges, the breakfast remains an enjoyable highlight of the stay. The dining experience at the resort is also excellent, featuring fresh, high-quality food and exceptional wine pairings from the resort’s own vineyard, though some feel the dishes don’t always match the rest of the resort’s high standards.
The rooms are praised for their cleanliness, spaciousness and tasteful decor, offering romantic and picturesque surroundings. Daily housekeeping further enhances comfort, though some minor issues with noise, pillow firmness and bathroom space have been noted. The overall ambiance, along with dedicated and efficient staff, contributes to a memorable stay.
Guests consistently praise the resort’s cleanliness and well-maintained environment, highlighting the neat and organized rooms and facilities amidst the scenic vineyards. Excellent staff service, particularly at reception and from the sommelier, enhances the positive experience, despite occasional remarks about the restaurant staff needing improvement.
The pool area is a standout feature, providing an elegant, serene retreat with breathtaking views of Mount Etna. It offers a relaxing escape amidst the vineyard landscape, though the unheated pool may be less appealing in cooler months.
