The pool is accompanied by a sauna and a spa area with various types of steam baths, providing a truly relaxing experience. Although one unfortunate incident occurred where a guest slipped and fell, staff provided swift medical attention. Overall, the pool area is spacious and well-equipped with different types of facilities. Guests raved about the magical and fantastic atmosphere of the pool, however, it should be noted that it had to close for ph level checks at one point. The only minor downside was the crowded breakfast area and slow service. Some guests also mentioned that access in and out of the small pool with a starry sky was difficult due to the lack of assistance.
