The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great, making it the best hotel in SPI. While the rooms may not live up to the online photos, the location and common areas are beautiful and waking up to the sun rising over the water is an unforgettable experience.

Some rooms needed remodeling, but generally, the property is fabulous, although some units need work. While there have been rare cases of unfriendly staff members, most guests have enjoyed excellent customer service from the resort. Staff attention is a priority here with employees being described as amazing and courteous. The resort has a wide range of facilities and offers a wonderful experience with wonderful staff keeping it all running smoothly.

The pool bar is amazing and Rafael and Pete provide quality service. The overall pool area offers an amazing vibe and the staff is very pleasant. The pools were clean and well-maintained, though some guests noted the water being too cold for the cooler months. The resort also offers pool amenities like shuffleboard and tennis. However, some guests noted that the music from the pool bar can be loud and that the pool was not always strictly policed with some guests bringing outside food that could fall into the pool. Nevertheless, overall, guests really enjoyed the pool and beach proximity, along with the resort's other attractions and activities.

This hotel completely caters to college spring breakers but it is also a good place to take your family. Your furry friends are also welcome at the resort, as it's dog-friendly and very accommodating. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the spacious, comfortable rooms make it the perfect place to stay for families of five. Access to the beach, restaurant and shopping is easy, which is great for those with children. The resort is ample sized for families, especially if you stay in a two-bedroom condo. The pool area is fantastic for families with children with easy access for even 2-year-olds to join in on the fun. The clean bar area by the pool is an added bonus and the beach access is a plus. This resort is definitely kid-friendly and my family had the best time of their lives here.
