Guests have described the pools as fabulous, stunning, beautiful, amazing, fantastic, lovely and magnificent. The lagoon pool, in particular, was a hit with both adults and children and many guests enjoyed playing with the other children at the poolside activities. The pool area is well-maintained with lovely open spaces and beautiful gardens. Wildlife interaction is a plus and the beach-style pool is just amazing. However, some guests have noted that the pool area could use a little TLC, as some tiles were missing or degrading. Overall, the pools and facilities were exceptional and guests recommend renting out pool accessories for the kids.
