Wingate By Wyndham Southport offers a pool, which many guests appreciated as a nice bonus during their stay. Those who had the chance to use it generally found it to be a good addition, offering an enjoyable way to relax. However, numerous reviewers noted several issues, including the pool being too small and lacking enough chairs for guests. Cleanliness was also a concern with reports of dirty and cloudy water indicating a need for more regular maintenance. Additionally, the pool's availability was limited with some guests mentioning that it was closed on multiple occasions, sometimes still citing CoVid as a reason. The hot tub also faced issues, often being out of service and visibly neglected. Overall, while the pool can enhance the experience when operational and clean, there is room for improvement in its upkeep and accessibility.
