Location

Nestled in the heart of Split, Sleep Split boasts an unbeatable location that places guests within arm's reach of the city's most iconic attractions. Just steps away from the historic old town and Diocletian's Palace, the hotel offers easy access to the charm and culture of this UNESCO heritage site. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks to the nearby promenade and waterfront, with an array of restaurants and shops conveniently close. Despite its central positioning, guests appreciate the quiet ambiance during the night, ensuring a restful stay. The accommodations are characterized by modern facilities within a charming heritage building, with rooms that are clean, well-appointed, and offer a cozy and comfortable experience. The hotel staff is frequently praised for their attentiveness and friendliness, adding to the overall appeal of this super central lodging option. With excellent cleanliness and thoughtful decor, Sleep Split perfectly blends comfort with heritage, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers eager to explore the vibrant city of Split.

Breakfast

Guests of Sleep Split have a unique breakfast experience, characterized by delightful flavors and convenient arrangements. Rather than dining within the hotel, breakfast is provided at a nearby restaurant, a short walk from the hotel, offering a different ambience and a charming setting in the old part of town. Reviews often highlight the food quality, describing it as outstanding and fantastic, with commendations for its variety despite a limited selection appealing to tastes for dishes like spinach, eggs, or chia seeds. The inclusion of breakfast vouchers simplifies the process for guests, enabling them to easily access their meals. Notably, the staff's thoughtful gesture to arrange breakfast packs for guests with early departures enhances convenience. However, travelers might wish to consider the restaurant's opening hours, starting at 9 am, which may not suit everyone's schedule. While Sleep Split offers these breakfast arrangements externally, guests appreciate having access to on-site amenities like a small market that provides fresh bread and hot beverages in the morning. Despite the lack of typical hotel services such as in-room dining or facial tissues, Sleep Split makes up for it with a breakfast experience that is pleasing to the palate and straightforward to enjoy.

Rooms

Sleep Split offers guests a delightful stay characterized by beautiful, well-decorated rooms that combine comfort and functionality. Many reviews highlight the rooms as being spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchenette, smart TV with streaming services, and well-stocked facilities. Located conveniently on the edge of the town center, the hotel is within walking distance of the old town, offering easy access to local attractions. The rooms are noted for their comfortable beds and stylish decor, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. While some rooms may feel tight for larger groups or families, particularly those with multiple adults, the overall experience of staying at Sleep Split is praised for excellent comfort and exceptional service from the attentive staff.

Beds

The beds at Sleep Split consistently receive high praise for their exceptional comfort. Guests frequently describe them as very comfy or super comfortable, noting the quality and coziness they provide. Amidst recounts of restful nights, the beds are often highlighted as a standout feature of the hotel, contributing to a highly satisfying stay. Travelers can expect a tranquil sleep experience, with the beds being one of the top aspects positively endorsed by those who have visited.

Cleanliness

In the heart of Split, 'Sleep Split' offers a remarkable experience for travelers prioritizing cleanliness and comfort. The accommodations are consistently praised for their exceptional cleanliness, making it a haven for guests. Each room is described as not only extremely clean but also modern and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfortable, adding to the overall positive guest experience. The hotel's dedication to maintaining pristine conditions extends to the common areas, ensuring a spotless environment throughout. Guests appreciate the attention to detail, from the super soft sheets to good sanitation practices. Despite a minor issue with sound insulation between rooms, the hotel's cleanliness, combined with stylish decor and modern amenities, makes for a delightful stay. The staff at 'Sleep Split' is noted for their warm and attentive customer service, further enhancing the accommodation experience. Positioned conveniently near Diocletian's Palace, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions while benefiting from minimal noise, thanks to its well-insulated structure. Overall, visitors find the combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, and friendly staff to be perfect for their stay.

Staff

At 'Sleep Split', guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Visitors frequently describe the personnel as kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Whether arranging last-minute transportation from the airport or offering insightful restaurant recommendations, the staff prove themselves to be both knowledgeable and resourceful. Guests appreciate a friendly atmosphere, where everyone is greeted with smiles and treated with professionalism. Though the reception is not available 24/7, this minor limitation is easily managed with a little planning. Overall, the staff's dedication to creating a welcoming environment and attentiveness in providing assistance contribute significantly to a memorable stay.

Parking

Sleep Split provides a parking service that is well-managed, offering the possibility of safe, private parking for guests' vehicles. However, the parking facility is located off-site and requires a fee, generally around 25 to 30 euros per day. Despite the added cost, guests appreciate the safety and availability of private parking. One notable aspect is that the parking area is situated a considerable distance from the hotel, typically a 10 to 15-minute walk, which some may find challenging. Nonetheless, the staff at Sleep Split are recognized for their helpfulness in making the parking experience easier, accompanying guests in their vehicles to the parking location. While the walk to the parking garage is seen as perfectly doable by many, the distance does present a mild inconvenience for some, especially those who expect parking facilities to be more immediately accessible. Additionally, there have been occasional issues with parking spot confirmations upon arrival, suggesting the need for efficient coordination between the hotel and the parking provider.
