Summarized by AI
Majorca Apartments by BON Hotels, located in the heart of Century City, Cape Town, enjoy a stellar reputation primarily for their superb location and accessibility. Guests continually praise the property’s proximity to the expansive Canal Walk Shopping Center, which provides easy access to numerous shops, restaurants and essential amenities. Additionally, the ease of travel to Cape Town’s city center and nearby attractions makes it highly convenient for visitors.
The apartments themselves are frequently highlighted for their spaciousness, cleanliness and well-maintained environment, offering stunning views of the scenic surroundings that enhance the overall sense of tranquility and safety. The modern aesthetics of the apartments, combined with excellent facilities such as IPTV and multiple bathrooms, contribute significantly to a comfortable stay. Guests particularly appreciate the friendly, professional and accommodating staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, adding to the welcoming atmosphere with their attentive service.
While there are some criticisms regarding maintenance issues, such as outdated furnishings and inconsistent cleanliness, the positive aspects generally outweigh these concerns for many guests. The property's free WiFi, though somewhat unreliable at times, is generally well-received for its strength and ability to support streaming services. Additionally, the parking facilities are ample, secure and highly appreciated by visitors.
The pool facilities also receive favorable reviews with the indoor pool being particularly praised for its quality. The outdoor pool, although occasionally facing cleanliness issues, remains a popular feature. Beds are described as a mixed experience with some finding them comfortable and others suggesting an upgrade is needed.
Overall, Majorca Apartments by BON Hotels provide a highly recommended, value-for-money stay, thanks to their central location, comprehensive amenities, spacious and well-maintained apartments and outstanding staff service. While there are areas for improvement, the general consensus points to a satisfying and enjoyable experience for a wide range of travelers.
