Nova Pousada Chamonix is a well-regarded inn praised for its excellent location, nestled amidst beautiful greenery and conveniently close to Teresópolis' main attractions such as the Alto Fair and Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Guests appreciate the serene, tranquil environment which offers a relaxing retreat yet is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants and markets. Despite a few noting its slightly removed distance from the commercial center, the inn’s peaceful ambiance, charming garden, good cost-benefit ratio and easy parking make it a favored choice for travelers.
The breakfast experience at Nova Pousada Chamonix stands out, consistently receiving high praise for its variety and quality. The daily spread features a wide selection of fresh fruits, yogurt, cakes and breads, which guests find delicious and well-served. Guest feedback about the rooms presents a mixed picture. Many guests find the rooms spacious, cozy and clean with comfortable beds and lovely balconies offering great views. However, criticisms include some rooms being on the smaller side with outdated furniture, lack of heating or air conditioning and minor maintenance issues. Nevertheless, the charming decor and diligent staff are appreciated.

Despite minor mentions of training needs for some staff members, the team's warmth and efficiency contribute significantly to the positive guest experiences.
Wi-Fi connectivity receives mixed reviews; while some guests find it excellent, others experience poor signals and unreliable connections in certain areas. The pool facilities are also a point of mixed feedback. While the pool area is appreciated for its beauty and family-friendly environment, issues such as the heated pool being out of service and concerns about outdoor pool cleanliness are noted.
