Guests love the pool area, particularly noting its beautiful setting among tropical gardens and modern decor. The heated pool is a highlight, offering a pleasurable swim even on cooler days and its accessibility until 10 pm is a welcome feature for late-night relaxations. The pool is seen as a vital amenity that contributes significantly to the overall enjoyment of the stay, especially during a heatwave when it provides a refreshing respite.
However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Some guests pointed out a shortage of lounge chairs, particularly during peak hours, creating a challenge in finding a spot to relax. The pool's size has also been a concern with mentions of overcrowding and limited space, especially considering the hotel's capacity. Cleanliness issues have been noted occasionally with some guests finding the pool not up to their standards.
