The Hyatt House White Plains offers an inviting outdoor pool area that many guests find appealing. Despite some restrictions, such as the pool closing at 6 PM, visitors appreciate the overall ambiance it provides. The hotel grounds are praised for their suitability for outdoor gatherings, with amenities like a BBQ area and fire pit enhancing the experience. While some guests have faced closures of the pool and spa, the general beauty of the hotel and the friendly, attentive staff make for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the option for locals to purchase day passes is popular, though it can lead to a crowded pool area. Nonetheless, the combination of a nice exercise room, comfortable suites, and patio dining contributes to a positive lodging experience.
