The swimming facilities at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty have garnered a range of impressions from guests. Positively highlighted were the well-maintained and clean pools with both indoor and outdoor options appreciated by many. In particular, the indoor temperature-controlled pool stood out for its comfort and suitability for swimming laps. Guests also noted that the pools and fitness area were well-equipped, contributing to an overall satisfying experience.
However, some guests faced disappointments, such as the outdoor pool occasionally being closed for renovation and the indoor pool often filled with energetic children, making it less tranquil. The pool area, sometimes perceived as more of a children's play zone, contrasted with the 5-star ambiance some expected. Additionally, the pool size left a few guests wanting more space.
Despite these critiques, the majority enjoyed their time at the pools, appreciating features like the simple water slide and the garden area surrounding the outdoor pool. The view from the property also enhanced the overall experience, noted as the best in Kochi by some guests. Overall, while improvements in layout and size were suggested, the pools at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty contributed significantly to many guests' pleasant stays.
