The staff is friendly and with so much variety, the spa and wellness programs as well as sports programs are superb for a 4-star hotel. On the downside, some massages weren't available due to COVID-19 and there were no tea facilities available in the sauna. However, all in all, the wellness area lives up to its dreamy reputation, perfect for indulging in relaxation and well-being.
