Orange Hotel Kota Kemuning @ Shah Alam is highly regarded for its excellent location, offering guests easy access to convenience stores, a variety of food stalls, and nearby shops, as well as simple connections to the surrounding areas. This makes it an attractive option for both leisure and business travelers seeking convenience and accessibility. The ease of parking and affordable room options add to the appeal, making it a budget-friendly choice for travelers.
The hotel's rooms are appreciated for their affordability and cleanliness, although experiences vary with room size. While some rooms are spacious, others may not meet expectations set by online images. Despite occasional issues with noise from the main road and the need for soundproofing, the friendly staff contribute positively to guests' stays. Families and larger groups find value in the pricing, even though the hotel might be better suited for brief visits or couples. The overall cleanliness is commendable, though some areas, particularly bathrooms, could benefit from improved maintenance. Despite these challenges, the hotel maintains basic amenities well, including fast Wi-Fi, enhancing the overall convenience for guests.
