Summary of reviews related to the '5 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Lavanda Merida offers a pleasant experience with good value for money, boasting a central location and charming colonial style. The rooms are particularly noted for being very nice and the interior of the hotel is described as beautiful overall. However, despite some positive aspects, numerous reviews consistently state that the hotel does not meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment. Many guests pointed out that the service and maintenance standards are more aligned with a 2 or 3-star hotel. There were frequent mentions of false advertising regarding its 5-star rating, suggesting that it overpromises and underdelivers on luxury and services.
