Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives Resort & Spa is situated on a beautiful, little paradise island. It's the perfect place for couples looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation away from the crowds. The resort seems to cater to couples rather than families and with less people around, the staff can be more attentive. The location is just far enough away from Male to feel exclusive and secluded, while also providing a little adventure as the hotel is far from the sea plane. The island is breathtakingly beautiful, but guests should be aware that there are strong waves and sharp pieces of coral in the sand, which makes swimming practically impossible. Overall, guests describe the resort as a paradise on earth and despite the distance from the airport, it remains a popular choice for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

The Italian and Asian dishes are especially tasty, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully on the plate. However, some guests found that the variety of food was not very large and there were not many fruits available. Waiting times for freshly cut fruit or cooked main courses were also reported. Despite these minor concerns, the food taste was very nice in general.
