Guest reviews of Toscana Charme Resort frequently express disappointment with the hotel's five-star rating. Many note that it lacks the expected amenities and services of a five-star establishment, such as slippers and toothbrushes in the rooms. The overall sentiment is that the resort falls short of five-star standards with some suggesting that it is closer to a three or four-star category.
Guests felt that both the service and facilities do not meet the high expectations typically associated with five-star hotels. Issues raised include inadequate storage space, poor overall facilities and cleanliness not up to par. The breakfast, in particular, was cited as not meeting five-star quality.
While there were mentions of the hotel being a great modern structure, these positives were overshadowed by numerous reviews indicating that the hotel’s offerings and service levels were far below what one would expect from a five-star property. Overall, the general consensus is that Toscana Charme Resort does not deliver the five-star experience it advertises.
