Hotel Radin, Radenci Spa Resort - Sava Hotels & Resorts is a destination highly praised for its serene and idyllic location. Situated amidst beautiful surroundings, the resort offers an excellent retreat for nature lovers with numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby, as well as parks with mini golf and children's playgrounds. Its proximity to cities such as Graz and Maribor provides convenience for travelers. Adding to the attraction are the well-organized reception services, ample free parking and an easy check-in process, making guests' journeys hassle-free.
The breakfast offerings at the resort are highly commended for variety, quality and deliciousness. Guests appreciate the abundant buffet which caters to diverse tastes, including healthy and holiday-specific dishes. Although a few critiques exist, the general consensus is that breakfast is a notable highlight, enhanced by friendly service. Dinner also garners positive feedback for its wide variety, quality and plentiful options, though some minor criticisms about the limited choice towards the end of service and early timings are noted.
Rooms at the resort are consistently clean but dated with several comments about their small size and worn-out decor. Despite this, the cleaning services are praised for maintaining a tidy environment, providing daily upkeep of beds and towels. Some upgrades, such as spacious rooms in the Radin A section with balconies and ample storage, receive favorable mentions. However, bed sizes and room amenities are areas noted for improvement with many guests suggesting that these do not fully meet a four-star standard.
Cleanliness is a standout feature across the resort with guests frequently highlighting the orderly environment of rooms, dining areas and spa facilities. The diligent and friendly housekeeping team receives special praise, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction.
The resort staff is continually acknowledged for their friendliness, helpfulness and welcoming demeanor, enhancing the overall guest experience. The positive and responsive service provided by the team makes guests feel well-cared for with the hospitality standing out as a memorable aspect of their stay.
The wellness and spa facilities at Radenci Spa Resort are considered exceptional, frequently highlighted for their quality, variety and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the pleasant thermal baths, the comprehensive sauna area and the modern spa center with multiple heated pools. The resort’s well-maintained and accessible wellness amenities make it a favored destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The pool facilities, including thermal baths and various pools, receive high praise for their warm temperatures, cleanliness and spaciousness. Guests enjoy the inviting thermal pools and the serene environment, particularly during evening hours. Despite minor challenges like occasional colder water or cleanliness issues, the pools contribute significantly to the resort’s appeal.
For families, the resort proves to be an excellent choice, offering comfortable and spacious family rooms, a large pool and dedicated kids' areas. Activities for children and a family-oriented atmosphere create a pleasant stay for guests with kids, supported by friendly and accommodating staff.
Despite some inconsistencies regarding bed comfort with many finding the mattresses too soft or the beds too narrow, the resort manages to maintain a positive reputation overall. The overall cleanliness, friendly staff and solid breakfast and wellness offerings contribute to a largely favorable guest experience at Radenci Spa Resort, making it a strong choice for both leisure and family-oriented vacations.
