The pool at Arco Iris Chalés I receives mixed reviews from guests, highlighting several areas of concern. Many reviewers mention that the pool appears dirty, with greasy edges, murky water, and sludge, which detracts from the overall enjoyment and usability during their stay. Some guests find the pool much smaller than anticipated and note that the maintenance leaves something to be desired, pointing out specific issues like the lack of vacuuming and the poor state of the children's pool.
On the positive side, certain aspects of the pool experience, such as its calm and family-friendly ambiance, are appreciated. One review even congratulates the establishment for the amazing pool, while others mention the cozy rooms and front yard area as favorable parts of the stay. However, there seems to be a general consensus that improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are necessary to align with guest expectations and the promotional imagery of the pool.
