The addition of modern amenities like Amazon Prime Video and minibars enriches the stay. While a few reviews highlight discrepancies between advertised features and actual experiences, the overall emphasis remains on the cleanliness and coziness of the rooms.
The staff contributes significantly to the positive experience at Casa Romana. Their friendly and attentive service is a standout feature, with Paola, the gracious hostess, receiving particular commendation for her welcoming demeanor.
