Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Byron, often described as falling short of the four-star standard, appears to have certain areas that could benefit from improvement. Guests have expressed that the amenities typically expected at this rating, such as a well-stocked minibar and complimentary disposable slippers, were not up to par. Additionally, the extra cost associated with parking, coupled with the inconvenience of finding a spot, has been noted as a significant drawback. Breakfast offerings also seemed to lack the variety and quality that one would anticipate from a four-star establishment. Overall, while the hotel commands a premium price, it seems that there's an opportunity for the management to enhance various aspects to truly align with the expectations of a four-star experience.

Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel San Terenzo is perfectly positioned by the sea, offering a picturesque backdrop for guests. Though the location is spectacular, it seems that the hotel's four-star rating doesn't quite align with visitors' expectations. Many found the value for money lacking, suggesting that the hotel is more in line with a three-star rating. Issues like blind rooms, lack of view and minor inconveniences such as parking on a steep slope 800 meters away and occasional breakfast mishaps were noted.
Feedback also mentioned that the rooms and services fell short of four-star standards. Guests highlighted the need for enhancements like mattress toppers and addressing staff friendliness. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's prime seafront location apparently compensates for some of the deficiencies, making it a consideration for travelers prioritizing scenic views and coastal access.
