The hotel also provides a gesture of goodwill by allowing guests to continue using their rooms in the afternoon to complete the spa experience. One downside is that some guests reported having to turn on the Jacuzzi themselves, which had cold water in it. Nevertheless, guests overwhelmingly had an amazing time at the Château de l'Epinay spa.
