However, some guests encountered issues with the spa facilities, such as limited access due to overcrowding or out of order equipment. Nevertheless, the whole host of treatments available, including outdoor yoga classes and a relaxation room, are a definite plus. The spa could have been cleaner, but it was satisfactory under these strange times. Although the spa staff are attentive, some guests felt they were too focused on taking their money. All in all, lovely facilities are provided but nothing really stands out as special.
