At Turf Valley Resort, you're in for a treat when it comes to cleanliness. The property is not only nice, but the facilities are also classy and well-maintained. The staff is great and super helpful, making sure that your accommodations are not only comfortable but also clean. You'll find that the rooms are very spacious and immaculate, even the building is kept very clean. The pools are not an exception as they are also well-maintained with towels available throughout the day. Although there were a few instances of trash left outside of rooms and plates on the floor, these occurrences were rare. In general, customer service was outstanding with guests mentioning great customer service and overly clean facilities. However, if there were any drawbacks, some lamps and lights inside the room were not working and some bins did not have trash bags. Despite all that, Turf Valley Resort is an ideal place for anyone who seeks a luxurious, comfortable and clean stay.
