The staff is friendly, super friendly, warm, kind and welcoming, providing exceptional service. The spa has received rave reviews from guests and the pools are fantastic for a relaxing dip. The hotel provides a luxurious and serene 5-star experience, making it perfect for a romantic getaway. Although there were some minor setbacks, the overall experience was positive and most guests highly recommend Kamandalu Ubud.

The hotel prides itself on its cleanliness and impeccable service with guests consistently noting that all things are super clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel's staff is exceptional, providing super friendly and incredibly nice service with one staff member, named Yoga, being particularly outstanding. Although there may have been isolated incidents such as an unpleasant smell emanating from the toilet or a few outdated sanitary facilities, these issues were quickly addressed by the attentive and helpful staff. Overall, Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa is a clean and well-maintained hotel that provides excellent service.
