Although a bit far from the center of Ubud, it provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. The villas are spacious, clean and luxurious with private infinity pools facing the jungle and outside entertainment areas. The hotel prides itself on its cleanliness and impeccable service with guests consistently noting that all things are super clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel's staff is exceptional, providing super friendly and incredibly nice service with one staff member, named Yoga, being particularly outstanding. Although there may have been isolated incidents such as an unpleasant smell emanating from the toilet or a few outdated sanitary facilities, these issues were quickly addressed by the attentive and helpful staff. Overall, Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa is a clean and well-maintained hotel that provides excellent service.
