Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The ibis budget Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône is a convenient option for travelers, particularly those attending events or needing access to local businesses in the neighboring areas. Its location, although slightly isolated, is appealing due to easy access from the motorway and proximity to event venues and restaurants. Guests appreciate the combination of affordable pricing and available parking, despite the hotel being far from the airport.
Breakfast receives mixed reviews, with many guests valuing the variety and well-stocked provisions. The classic offering provides good value, although some suggest improvements are needed to address limited choices and small portion sizes. The overall breakfast experience is enhanced by its affordability, with room for enhancements.
Rooms at the hotel are lauded for their cleanliness and comfort. Many guests find the bedding comfortable and the showers clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. While opinions differ on room size, it is the cleanliness that consistently stands out, despite occasional issues such as soundproofing concerns and minor odors.
Cleanliness of the hotel remains largely acceptable, enhancing the overall experience. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of toilets and showers, with modern decor adding to their satisfaction. However, there are inconsistencies with detailed cleaning, prompting suggestions for improvement in maintaining a fresh environment.
What truly sets ibis budget Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône apart is its exceptional staff, often recognized for their kindness and support. The welcoming atmosphere created by the team leaves a lasting impression, with guests frequently recommending the hotel based on their positive interactions. Despite other areas being deemed adequate, it is the warm and friendly environment fostered by the staff that makes this hotel a recommended choice for accommodation.
