However, it was disappointing that the sauna and steam room were closed and the spa and Turkish bath on the lower floor were not accessible without an elevator. It was suggested to book an extra spa day-entry in advance, as the treatments were often fully booked. Nevertheless, the temperature of the spa was perfect and the size of the thermal pools was impressive. The spa is a true gem and many guests recommended it for a few days of relaxation.
