Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
M&C Apartmans, located in the heart of Olomouc, boasts a strategic and exceptional location that places guests directly on the city's main squares, providing close proximity to the old town, shopping centers, restaurants and various attractions. Despite being situated centrally, the apartments offer a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, making it an ideal base for both short and extended stays.
The rooms at M&C Apartmans are well-equipped and feature cozy living spaces and kitchens. The aesthetic decor, blending modest style with medieval charm, is particularly appreciated. Guests find the accommodations clean at first sight, highlighting clean bedsheets, comfortable beds and an overall cozy atmosphere. However, some concerns about cleanliness arise upon deeper inspection with issues such as dust, cobwebs and mold being noted. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and accommodating nature, contributing positively to the guest experience.
The free Wi-Fi is deemed reliable and satisfactory, adding to the convenience. While many guests find the beds spacious and comfortable, the bedding and mattresses occasionally fall short with reports of some being worn out or broken.
In summary, M&C Apartmans is highly recommended for its prime location, cozy accommodations and welcoming staff. While there are some areas for improvement in cleanliness and bedding maintenance, the overall experience is positive, making it a favored choice for travelers exploring Olomouc.
