Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool facilities at Célestins Spa Thermal & Hôtel by Vy Resort receive mixed reviews from guests with the majority noting a need for significant maintenance and renovation. The rooftop pool, situated on the 7th floor, is frequently highlighted for its lovely views and unique setting. Despite this, many guests mention that the pool appears old with issues such as loose and missing tiles, mold, rust and general dilapidation.
While the rooftop and outdoor pools were praised for being a nice surprise and enjoyable, some found the water to be cold, despite being marked as heated. Another common concern is the lack of upkeep with debris and dirt noted in the grout and water. The absence of poolside amenities such as towels also detracts from the experience.
For those appreciating the positives, the rooftop pool offers panoramic views and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a standout feature despite its flaws. The indoor pool is accessible and described as warm and relaxing. The hotel's pool areas are definitely in need of urgent renovation and consistent cleanliness to align with the otherwise luxurious standards of the establishment.
