Penzion Horinka Velké Losiny is highly praised for its prime location in the heart of Velké Losiny, offering guests convenient access to essential amenities, shops, restaurants, and local attractions, including the renowned thermal baths and spa. Visitors admire the guesthouse's serene environment, surrounded by beautiful greenery and historical sites like the nearby castle, making it an ideal spot for exploration and peaceful walks.
Guests generally find the breakfast at Penzion Horinka satisfying and adequate, with a decent variety of options that align well with the price. The meal typically includes ham, salami, cheese, spreads with bread, and beverages like coffee and tea. While there are minor considerations regarding variety and hot breakfast options, the overall feedback remains positive, enhanced by the guesthouse's excellent location.
The rooms are appreciated for their spaciousness, cleanliness, and thoughtfully included features like balconies and separate couches. Despite personal preferences regarding mattress firmness, which some find too hard, the overall quality of the rooms is commended. The accommodations are well-maintained, offering enough space for guests' belongings after activities such as skiing, though some amenities like electrical sockets and kettles could be improved.
Penzion Horinka stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, with guests frequently noting the spotless rooms and pristine environment throughout the hotel. The tranquil surroundings, along with the tidy facilities, provide a peaceful atmosphere that complements the comfortable stay. The staff contributes significantly to the guest experience with their warm and accommodating demeanor, often going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant visit for all guests. Their friendly approach and helpful insights enhance the homely atmosphere.
While the bedding experiences are mixed due to the firmness of mattresses and occasional creakiness, the overall comfort and tranquility offered by the guesthouse make any concerns minor and largely dependent on personal preferences.
