The Hoxton Vienna's rooftop pool serves as a standout feature, frequently highlighted by guests for its stunning views across the city, including landmarks like St. Stephen's Cathedral. Although small, the pool offers an ideal respite on warm days and is situated alongside a stylish rooftop bar. Visitors often describe the rooftop area as beautiful, with the panoramic vistas being simply exceptional. However, some guests note that the pool is tiny and can feel underwhelming, indicating that it's more suited for relaxation rather than swimming. While the outdoor pool and bar are excellent facilities, a few reviews mention that improvements in service and the addition of changing rooms would enhance the experience. Practical considerations aside, the rooftop pool with its breathtaking view remains a memorable aspect for many who stay at the hotel.

The Penthouse Apartments feature promising amenities, including a pool and sauna, although guests should note several nuances. The pool, as highlighted in the advertisement, isn't located within the main building but rather in the fitness center of a neighboring building within the same complex. Access to the pool is available for a fee, and some guests have reported discrepancies in the advertised costs compared to what was charged. Additionally, the pool is not a part of the penthouse itself and requires a short trip to another building. Despite these considerations, the compound offers a convenient setup with easy access to recreational facilities for those who are aware of the extra charges and location details. For visitors seeking leisure activities, the overall environment does provide opportunities for relaxation, albeit with some logistical planning required.
