Tell Apartments Stans is highly regarded for its prime location in the heart of Stans, providing easy access to the local train station, Lucerne and the Gotthard Tunnel. Guests appreciate the charming, quiet neighborhood with nearby shops, restaurants and public transportation. Free parking adds convenience, especially for those traveling by car. The presence of an affordable and well-regarded Italian restaurant beneath the apartments further enhances its appeal.
Guests generally find the rooms spacious, clean and suitable for both short stays and overnight stopovers. Accommodating large groups and families is a plus. The staff at Tell Apartments Stans receives consistent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Standout individuals like Tatiana and Božo are often mentioned for their exceptional service.
The on-site Italian restaurant is a highlight, delivering delicious cuisine and excellent service. Room service and takeaway options add to the dining convenience. However, breakfast experiences are mixed with some guests finding the offerings satisfactory, while others note the need for improvements and better availability on Sundays.
Cleanliness receives mixed reviews; while many commend the overall tidiness, some guests have encountered issues like pet hair, mold and outdated facilities. Despite these occasional concerns, the affordability and friendly staff often make up for any shortcomings.
Wi-Fi access is limited, strongest near the restaurant entrance but poor within the apartments. Cellular reception is also weak, causing inconvenience for those relying on mobile data. Bed comfort receives varied reviews with some finding the beds comfortable and others experiencing issues like hard mattresses or thin bedding.
In summary, Tell Apartments Stans is favored for its excellent location, spacious accommodations, friendly staff and delightful on-site dining, offering good value for money and a pleasant stay despite a few areas for improvement.
