Visitors have mentioned a variety of spa facilities, including a plunge pool in the sauna, a hammam with a good steam bath and a dry steam room. The sauna, in particular, has garnered appreciation for its quality, despite some mentioning it was not working during their stay.

It's important to note that the pricing and additional costs for services have been a point of contention. The sauna, for instance, requires an extra fee and can be quite pricey with some guests mentioning rates of €20 per hour or 10,000 tenge per hour. Additionally, spa visits may or may not be included in the room price, so clarifying this beforehand could be beneficial.
In summary, while the facilities like the hammam and sauna at 'Park House' are generally well-received, potential visitors should be aware of the additional costs and occasional service disruptions.
