The Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools that guests have praised for their quality. Many reviewers highlighted the pool as a nice and lovely facility, contributing to the overall wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. However, it's important to note that the outdoor pool has a seasonal opening time and does not open until the end of June, which may affect some visitors' plans. Despite a few mentions of the pool being closed or having limited notices about availability, the experience of using the pools, complemented by an amazing outdoor view from the rooms and the exceptional open-air bath, is generally positive. The hotel's customer service also received high accolades, further enhancing the stay experience. Limited options in the gym were mentioned but did not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment.

Shirahama Key Terrace Hotel Seamore offers a delightful pool experience that guests consistently appreciate. The highlight is undoubtedly the heated infinity pool, which provides a luxurious treat, especially enjoyable in cooler months like October. Its prime location enhances the allure, allowing swimmers to take in stunning views. Complementing the experience is a unique infinity-style foot bath, adding another layer of relaxation. While it's recommended to visit the outdoor pool during the day for optimal visibility, it remains accessible and safe for families, with facilities catering to both adults and children. Moreover, even in inclement weather, such as heavy rain, the sauna and pool remain usable, providing a consistent haven for relaxation. However, it's worth noting that some guests find the large public bath does not meet their expectations, suggesting the pool areas stand out as the primary highlights of the hotel’s amenities.

The infinity pool and outdoor bath in the room were praised as the best features of the hotel. The pool area provided plenty of towels for guests, which added to the convenience of the experience. The hot spring bath was especially enjoyable and impeccably clean. Guests appreciated that they did not need to bring their own towels to use the pool or hot spring. However, some guests noted a few issues such as a lack of chairs around the pool, cold pool water and unclean water with insects in the pool.
