The parking situation at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Newburgh receives mixed feedback from guests. On the positive side, visitors note that there is plenty of space, including for larger vehicles such as trucks with boats. The parking areas are well lit, providing a sense of security, and parking is free—a notable perk. Some guests find the parking area convenient, with spaces available just outside or in front of the building. However, there are some drawbacks. The parking configuration can be unusual, and accessing the hotel from the parking lot is not always straightforward. Additionally, some mention issues with building access, noting that the back door lock was broken, highlighting the need for some facility updates. Overall, while there are conveniences, guests also experience challenges with parking accessibility related to the hotel's older infrastructure.
