Gasthof Diem is a welcoming destination for travelers with pets, particularly those with dogs. The hotel prides itself on being dog-friendly and canine companions are allowed on the premises and in the restaurant. Guests have noted that their dogs were made to feel welcome during their stay. However, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per dog per night, which was not clearly indicated on the booking site. Despite this extra cost, the overall experience for pet owners is positive with friendly policies towards dogs being a highlight.

Drexel's Parkhotel am Schloss stands out as a haven for dog lovers seeking a welcoming retreat with their four-legged companions. Guests consistently emphasize the hotel's dog-friendly atmosphere, noting that pets are welcomed with open arms and that their presence poses no issues during reservations or stays. The hotel's location is ideal for dog owners, as it is situated near parks and numerous restaurants, offering delightful walks in the village. While some guests feel the 10 euro fee for a small dog is slightly high, this does not detract from the overall appeal. The hotel's staff excel in creating a warm and accommodating environment, extending kindness not just to human guests, but also to their pets, as demonstrated by the enthusiastic reception given to a dachshund named Willy. Overall, Drexel's Parkhotel am Schloss is praised for its cleanliness, friendliness, and truly dog-friendly nature, making it a preferred choice for travelers with dogs.
