At Aiden by Best Western Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor swimming options. The pools are generally appreciated for their size and the convenience of having both an indoor and outdoor option, catering to different preferences and weather conditions. The heated indoor pool has received positive mentions for being very clean and well-kept with a pleasant ambiance including available towels and music, which adds to the overall poolside experience.
Nonetheless, there are several areas for improvement. The outdoor pool, despite its nice size, seems to fall short in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Several reviews point out that it often appears dirty and could benefit from better upkeep. Similarly, the indoor pool has also been noted to be occasionally unclean and, more often than not, a bit cold. Guests have mentioned that the temperature of the pool water, both indoor and outdoor, tended to be lower than expected, impacting the overall comfort level.
While the pool areas offer plenty of parking and a potentially enjoyable experience with features like a pool bar, consistent cleanliness and regular maintenance are crucial aspects that need attention to enhance guest satisfaction further. Despite these drawbacks, the pools remain a relevant and valued amenity for visitors seeking a place to relax and unwind.
