The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming with antique decor, though some guests found the orange color scheme too much. The staff are a true highlight, providing exceptional communication, friendliness and going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Though there have been concerns about staff not trained for complaints or reception not answering the phone promptly, guests love the courteous and attentive service from the team. Despite some room upkeep issues, the resort is a convenient and exciting base for a Pokhara adventure, made all the better by the excellent staff.
