Plus, the bar downstairs is just an added bonus. Parents will appreciate the ability to watch their kids in the pool from their rooms. However, be aware that there was one elevator broken during our visit. While most guests had positive things to say about the pool area, a few did mention that the deck was falling apart and the hot tub needed some attention. Also, note that some guests were disappointed that the pool didn't open until 10am on Saturdays. Finally, a few guests felt that the pool and surrounding area needed some cleaning. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall consensus was that the pool at World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort is beautiful, enjoyable and a great spot for families to relax and make memories.
