Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Luksusowe Apartamenty Promenada Gwiazd 28 offers a memorable stay, primarily due to its prime location and welcoming staff. Positioned near the Baltic Sea, the property provides direct access to the beach and is situated along the renowned Promenade of Stars, which places guests within easy reach of popular attractions such as the pier. Visitors appreciate the proximity to restaurants and shops, making for a pleasant and convenient stay. The rooftop pool and observation deck, offering stunning panoramic views and a relaxing ambiance, further enhance the property’s appeal.
Guests enjoy the spacious and well-equipped apartments, which ensure a comfortable experience despite some minor drawbacks, such as overly soft mattresses and limited wardrobe space. The property also benefits from the exceptional service of its staff, particularly Ms. Małgorzata, whose friendly and helpful demeanor leaves a lasting positive impression.
While the overall experience is generally favorable, some areas require attention. The cleanliness of the apartments has been a recurring issue, with reports of insufficient cleaning and stained bedding detracting from the otherwise welcoming environments. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection is noted as inconsistent, occasionally disrupting guests' internet access. Furthermore, improvements in bed quality are needed, as several guests have noted discomfort due to soft and sagging mattresses.
Overall, the property's location, attentive staff, and amenities like the rooftop pool and sauna create a strong foundation for an enjoyable stay, though addressing the noted concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.
