Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Vienna House by Wyndham Amber Baltic Miedzyzdroje's pool facilities offer both indoor and outdoor options with opening hours extending until 10:00 PM daily. Guests generally appreciate the availability and concept of having multiple pools, noting that they contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. However, reviews highlight a variety of issues that impact the overall pool experience.
Positives include a clean pool area, warm water in the indoor pool for certain times and nice seating options like beach chairs around the outdoor pool. The wellness offerings, which include the pool and sauna, are well-regarded and the pool’s large size is occasionally praised.
However, many reviews point out that both the indoor and outdoor pools are outdated and in need of renovation. Several mentions of cold water, high chlorine content and uncleanliness are frequent deterrents. The outdoor pool, in particular, is often described as being dirty, sandy and poorly maintained. Some guests note that the pool area can feel drafty and the ambient temperatures are low, reducing the comfort level. The indoor pool’s limited space, outdated condition and questionable cleanliness are also frequently mentioned with some expressing that it’s unsuitable for non-swimmers and children due to its cramped nature.
In summary, while the pool amenities at Vienna House by Wyndham Amber Baltic Miedzyzdroje provide good options for relaxation and wellness, the experience is marred by maintenance and cleanliness issues that need addressing.
