Guests appreciate the serene ambiance and modern amenities of the spacious rooms, which provide breathtaking vistas of Manhattan, particularly from the upper floors.
The dining experiences at Envue are memorable, with the NoHu rooftop restaurant and bar standing out for its stunning views and vibrant atmosphere. Both breakfast and dinner receive positive remarks for their quality and taste, despite some logistical challenges during busy mornings. The breakfast, enhanced by alluring views of midtown Manhattan, offers a delicious and freshly made selection, and suggestions for a buffet-style setup have been noted. The dinner menu, though limited, impresses with innovative dishes and excellent presentation, contributing to a lively and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Guests consistently commend the cleanliness and modern appeal of the hotel, highlighting the well-maintained rooms and common areas. The fresh, organized ambiance adds to a tranquil retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff are praised for their friendly and accommodating service, with particular commendations for individuals like Chris, Aquil, and Victoria. While some guests noted isolated issues with service consistency, the staff's professionalism and attentiveness generally ensure a pleasant experience.
Parking at the hotel receives mixed reviews, primarily due to the daily fee, but the convenience and ease of access to the parking garage are appreciated. The beds at Envue promise a restful night's sleep, with most guests highlighting their extraordinary comfort. While minor issues with pillows have been mentioned, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction.
