Yoga is the way of life that integrates the body, mind, and spirit, alleviates mental stress, and encourages relaxation and inner peace. In this program you will find a variety of postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and mindfulness walks in Sintra National park are part of our classes. Walking meditation is a way to practice movement without a goal or intention. Mindful walking simply means walking while being aware of each step and of our breath. This is your time to relax and renew with reflexology treatment. The Reflexology uses pressure in some key points, can cure and prevent diseases, and revitalize the entire immune system. You will start your journey in our Shala with an early Yoga practice, following your day with healthy breakfast prepared with love and smile.
